I'm your host, Claudia from Boeselager, here to bring you the latest insights and learnings to improve your health, life and happiness for longer. Thank you so much for being part of this community. I always appreciate you so much and I love to hear from you, so you're welcome to reach out on Instagram on lifestyle. My guest today is Connie Zack, Co-Founder of Sunlighten, the world's leader in infrared sauna and light therapy. Inspired by her brother's health transformation through infrared sauna use, Connie and her husband Aaron left successful pharmaceutical careers to found sunlighten 25 years ago. Their visionary leadership, grounded in light science and research backed innovations, revolutionized the infrared sauna industry and guided the company to global prominence. As an infrared light trailblazer, Connie's belief in the power of collaborative partnerships paved the way for infrared red light industry wide education on the benefits, which is now a common practice.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:01:04]:
Passionate about holistic health, Connie prioritizes nutrition, exercise, infrared saunas, and mindfulness in her daily life. Recent insights from Doctor Hyman's functional testing company revealed her biological age to be 18 years younger than her chronological one. As a mother, wife, wellness enthusiast, entrepreneur, and YPO member, she brings light, hope and happiness to the world through her expertise in biological aging and how infrared light and heat impacts healthy living. Please enjoy. Welcome to the longevity and lifestyle podcast. Connie, it's such a pleasure to have you with us today. So I'd love to kick off. Connie, you have a very special backstory, essentially, that led you on the journey to becoming a pioneer in infrared lights and saunas.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:01:54]:
Can you share a bit more with us?
Connie Zack [00:01:55]:
Yes, I'd be happy to. So, over 20 years ago, a long time ago, my brother was chronically ill. He was young and debilitated and he tried everything and nothing worked. And it ended up being his dentist who diagnosed him with heavy metal toxicity. And he was said that the mercury from his amalgam fillings were potentially leaking into his body and causing him to be so sick and fatigued and nauseous and just overall malaise. It was just horrible. I couldn't really get out of bed. And the dentist said that he had been reading about a technology called infrared, which is a wavelength that could penetrate the body and ultimately pull out that mercury that was trapped, that was causing all the problems.
Connie Zack [00:02:51]:
And that's exactly what he did. He bought an inference on all these years ago, and it changed his life. And I was in St. Louis at the time, which is where also my brother was, as well as my other. My husband is also my business partner. And, you know, we saw the transformation it made for his brother, for my brother. And I just decided I wanted to, you know, bring this forth to the rest of the world. I was on the pharmaceutical side of Procter and gamble, so there was really a passion that I had towards helping people be healthier.
Connie Zack [00:03:27]:
I mean, I thought I was doing everything that I could, but when I saw what happened to my brother without medicine, naturally, just by having his body heal itself through a technology that I really didn't understand at the time, but I went on a mission to understand it, to put some science behind it, to bring the science that was out in Asia over to the United States, and to also create new science and just to really understand this technology. And I spent the rest of my life mastering it and adapting and bringing different versions of infrared to the marketplace. Help people be healthier. That's our goal ultimately, Claudia, is. Is, you know, to help people live longer lives. But ultimately, while they're living longer lives, feeling great, you know, so that they can do as much as they can with people that they love to do it with.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:04:21]:
Yeah. Yes to that. Because, you know, some people like longevity. I don't really want to be old for longer. It's like, how do you step into that best version of yourself now and live like that? So it's increasing health span and staying there as long as possible.
Connie Zack [00:04:33]:
Yeah, exactly. We have to train now for that. You know, 70, 80, 90, whatever your old self. I mean, it starts. It starts now, and I'm not sure how much people understand that. I know, obviously, your audience is engaged into that concept, which is fabulous.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:04:51]:
So, yeah, I'm really excited to talk about it because I think the powers and the benefits of red light are nothing as widely understood fully. People are like, yeah, I know Asana is good, but can you really walk us through what infrared is, what it does, I think, and most importantly, and the benefits, so people can really understand the differentiator.
Connie Zack [00:05:17]:
Yeah, let's start with what it is. Infrared is safe and natural. It's not something that's new. It's wavelength that comes from the sun very safely and naturally. The benefit of this wonderful healing wavelength is it provides heat and light to the body, and there's so much benefit of heat therapy and light therapy, which we could talk about. So the majority of what, the wavelength that comes from the sun is in the infrared category, but there's no ultraviolet, so you don't have any harmful rays whatsoever. The feeling Claudia, that infrared provides the body. Is that wonderful, that wonderful, like, warmth that comes if you are outside on a cloudy day, and all of a sudden the sun peaks out and you look up and you feel that just wonderful warmth.
Connie Zack [00:06:16]:
And it feels almost like a hug, like a warm, beautiful hug. And you just. Your body goes, oh, gosh, son, thank you. That feels so good. That feeling is infrared. That's what infrared feels like, because what it does is it heats the body directly without heating the air. So there's a direct connection. This energy transfer that comes into your body goes into your cells, and then you start to feel the movement of your cells and the connection of the energy.
Connie Zack [00:06:49]:
You get this just wonderful vibration, wonderful healing feeling, and it feels so much better. So that's a simple, simple way to explain. I also want to touch on the light aspect, because that's what makes this heat energy different than the traditional heat that, you know, people think of, like rock saunas or steam saunas, or those saunas in the gym that are just, you know, like 200 degrees. The difference with that heat and infrared is that it's lower temperatures because it heats the body directly. And then you have this wonderful light energy that's within the infrared spectrum that activates your body's cells, it activates your mitochondria, it activates your water molecules. It gets everything flowing and thus produces more energy, which is, I mean, that's one of the keys to living longer. That's what everybody wants, right? You want as much energy as possible. You want to feel like you did when you were 616, 21, whatever that age was that you had the optimum energy.
Connie Zack [00:07:55]:
And infrared activates your cells and stimulates your mitochondria so that you can absolutely increase your energy level. It activates MATP. It is a wonderful, natural wavelength that works with your body in this magical way to make you feel great.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:08:17]:
Can I ask a question on that, Connie, just from my understanding, so infrared, you obviously have near, far and mid infrared spectrum. So that would also be interesting to understand. And so what's happening is that the infrared light is able to penetrate through the skin. I'm curious, like, how deep. Right. I like the details. And so then it's giving that, and I love you said, like, that activation of energy. So you feel this kind of hug, this, like, warm glow.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:08:42]:
I absolutely love it as well. It's so nice and refreshing after the normal days that we typically have. And so the light is activating the mitochondria to produce more ATP. So the energy and essentially promoting circulation is that why it's having that sort of feeling of that energetic kind of hug, if you will. Is that what's happening?
Connie Zack [00:09:06]:
Yes, sort of. Yes. So each wavelength penetrates or is absorbed into the cells at different places. That's one of the things that makes the infrared wavelength, especially if you get all three wavelengths, which is what's impulse behind me, you don't have to. There is benefit to just getting far infrared. That's the foundational wavelength. So let's talk about that for just a second to break it down. I'll stay at a high level.
Connie Zack [00:09:40]:
But so far infrared is the wavelength that is absorbed the deepest into the body, as far as into your water molecules and your cells. And that's the wavelength that's in heat, and it heats up your body and elevates your core temperature. So the benefit of elevating your core temperature is it helps to activate your heat shock proteins. It helps to boost your immune system because your heat trap shock proteins are like little personal trainers inside that are just working really hard to make your body stronger. And so when you're activating them, so you're getting everything moving, and it's like you just kind of picture them putting on armor and lifting weights inside, like, just doing everything to get you stronger. That's the far infrared. Far infrared is also great for helping your body detox. Back to my brother's story, because back then there was really just far infrared.
Connie Zack [00:10:35]:
So he didn't have, I mean, there's a little bit, probably a mid infrared that was splashed in there in that heater that was being used because of the makeup of the heater. But there was really no near infrared and no red light. So it was just one dimensional. But that it's a great, it's a fantastic dimension. But what we learned over the years, Claudia, is the other parts of the spectrum of the infrared also provide significant value to the body. So after farm bread, then there's mid. Mid. That is a different experience.
Connie Zack [00:11:12]:
You feel more heat with mid because it's a shorter wavelength, and it's great for muscle recovery and decreasing inflammation of the joint and tissues level. So it's really fantastic, you know, for athletes and just helping your agility and your flexibility in your body. I studied at Auburn University about that. And then near infrared as well as red light. So the two are right next to each other. They're separated by not very many nanometers, so they're really close. The difference between near infrared and red light is near infrared is invisible light and penetrates the skyd skin the deepest between near infrared and red, and then red is visible and doesn't go as deep into the skin. So those two wavelengths, to answer your question, like you were talking about, they penetrate the skin and they help to stimulate mitochondria, and they help to decrease inflammation.
Connie Zack [00:12:09]:
Everything that you were saying, that's results of those two wavelengths specifically. And then the other two are the heated ones that help. Like anything associated with heat therapy, with infrared heat therapy, you're getting from those two wavelengths. So you're getting so much because you're getting heat therapy and light therapy. And our bodies. Our bodies are solar panels, right? We. Absolutely. We have to have light energy to survive.
Connie Zack [00:12:39]:
And those people who don't, who are inside all the time or not exposed to the sun, to the natural rays, they notice, they feel different. A lot of people suffer from depression when they're inside all the time. And so you need to have that light energy for your brain, for your body to survive. So the great news about an infrared sauna, sunlight and sauna, is you can get all of that in the comfort of your own home, and you can do it. Short amount of time. 30 minutes to 40 minutes is not a lot of time to increase your longevity, for sure.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:13:15]:
So exciting, and thank you for walking us through that. Is there an optimal protocol you would recommend for how often? So you were saying 20 to 30 minutes. Is it every day? Several times a day. What do you typically recommend?
Connie Zack [00:13:30]:
Three or four times a week. That would be ideal. If you can only do it once a week, that's better than doing it at all. And what I like when people are doing their protocols, I like them to think about what do you do in your life for exercise or movement? So for walking or yoga or running or whatever you're doing in that regard, it's good to mimic and have the same protocol with your sunlight and sauna. And so that's how I do it. Like, if I'm going to do yoga, then I'll do yoga and then sunlight. And then if I go to run, I will do a run. And then I always finish with my sauna because I find that I have this fantastic increased energy as well as increased mental clarity.
Connie Zack [00:14:23]:
Like, I just come up with all these great ideas, and I have such clarity of what I'm going to do because I do mine in the morning. A lot of people ask me when to do it. It's personal preference. There's no right or wrong. But I just find because of my also exercise, I do all of that first thing in the morning, I just. That's just how I manage my day. You too? Now I go, I have a girlfriend, really good, close friend, who has Arsana, and she just raves about. She does it at night.
Connie Zack [00:14:58]:
At the end of the day, that's her kind of just mental set, and she kind of downloads the day and she does all of her intentions for the next day. That's her thing. And then she has her tea, and then she does a little shower before, and then she says she's got the best sleep ever. So it doesn't really matter. You get benefits either way. But the best protocol for me is in the morning and three to four times a week. Ideal.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:15:30]:
I'd love to also discuss how the, where's the difference with a traditional sauna? So some people might have tried the finnish sauna, or there's different types of steam room. What are the different benefits or the differentiators between an infrared sauna and a more traditional finnish sauna, for example?
Connie Zack [00:15:49]:
Yeah, that's a great question. And I'm a firm believer that, you know, heat therapy in general is excellent. So I'm, you know, just a big fan. So there's benefits, you know, to both. The experience is different. So the experience in a traditional sauna, a lot of times people walk into a traditional sauna and it kind of takes their breath away. They're like, oh, my gosh, this is so hot. And they can't stay in there very long with our sauna, with EMEA.
Connie Zack [00:16:18]:
But we have four different series, which we can talk about, too, to choose from, which I really, really like. And we've evolved over the years to make sure we have something for everyone. So no matter what type of experience you want, we do have asana on that note. It's called the amplify, that if you want that burst of heat, that experience, we will do that with our infrared, so that you also get all the benefits with infrared, but you also get that burst of heat. So the experience is different with infrared and traditional. And then you also have the difference of getting that wonderful infrared light energy that helps the body with the mitochondria, the cellular energy helps to restore so many different natural functions. Infrared helps all of your systems, which is why it's so great at helping to increase your health span and increase longevity. There's been a study done, there's a study done on detoxifying with infrared that showed specifically that it removed more toxicants than traditional sauna did.
Connie Zack [00:17:27]:
So we think that that's related to the fact that it is absorbed so deeply. And so you're really mobilizing your cells in a different way than if you're heating your body because the air is hot, you're sweating because the air is hot. But when you're sweating with infrared, you're sweating from the inside. Right? You're just purging. You can feel the difference. I've done this, obviously, a long time, and you can really feel the difference between the sweat that's at night and sauna, and sweat in a traditional sauna, for sure. You just feel cleaner. You know, it's kind of like, here's another analogy for people who know that feeling of, like, being at the beach and at the end of the day and you're outside and you know it's hot.
Connie Zack [00:18:19]:
A lot of times you get exhausted, you know, because that sometimes that type of heat drains you, and infrared doesn't. It's the exact opposite. It. You know, I always say life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured. And that's why the way the sauna experience should be, too. It should be an enjoyable experience. It shouldn't be like, you shouldn't be counting down the minutes of, oh, my God, I've got three more. I can do this.
Connie Zack [00:18:43]:
It's like, no, no, no.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:18:45]:
I've had that in a traditional sauna. Sometimes, like, my nose is burning. It's so hot in there. I'm like, oh, okay. Like, I don't sweat very easily, so I'm like, okay, I'm really sweating. But definitely agree that red light saunas are much more. Yeah. Have give you that warm glow and that there's so many benefits with it, as well as it's so beautiful.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:19:01]:
And I just love to touch a bit deeper into the detoxification point because so many people, whether they're aware or not, are living with exposure to black mold or, as you were saying, with the mercury fillings, amalgams, or even through ingestion of fish with mercury, whatever the case might be, that is real poison for the body. And leftover time causes dementia and so many other diseases, gut health issues, etcetera. So how is the detoxification happening? How is the mercury extracted from the cells as such? Like, what is happening there?
Connie Zack [00:19:37]:
Yeah, so such a great point because, you know, myself, obviously, like, I'm so committed to being as healthy as possible, and my kids, like, they just give me such a hard time. They're like, mom, you know, we don't all have to eat gluten free. We don't all have to eat. But, I mean, I really am doing everything I can while I can to help, you know, them be as healthy as possible. And to limit plastics and, like, just to limit the stuff that I know is harmful. However, with that said, like, you, you can't live in a bubble. And so you. You go outside or you go into a store or you, you know, you get your hair done and, my goodness, there's hairspray and all those.
Connie Zack [00:20:19]:
Oh, my goodness. It's just like. So you have to do something proactively, in my opinion, to get rid of that stuff because it's hard to remove it. And what the infrared does is it goes. So the heat and the light will operate differently, right? So we'll talk about the heat. The heat, when it goes into your body, it's absorbed into your water molecules. It mobilizes those cells, and they really start to dance around. It's like a really great visual.
Connie Zack [00:20:55]:
And, you know, they're the. They change the bonds and everything moves. And that movement is what helps to expel toxins out of the body. Also, when you're sweating, you will notice your sweat is a different consistency than regular sweat. For example, I was talking to somebody the other day about, when I was talking with doctors, Doctor Driscoll, who is a functional medicine here in Kansas City, and this is years and years ago, and she would share with me, when she would put her patients into our sauna, that the people that were really toxic, you could smell the removal of petroleum and different types of that had been absorbed into their body. And then the color of their sweat was different because you're mobilizing everything. So it's the mobilization, it's also helping increase your circulation in your body. So Ifrin is so powerful for making your heart healthy.
Connie Zack [00:22:09]:
And the reason I mentioned circulation is because you're getting more oxygen and more flow to all of your organs. So the great part of your body that is critical for elimination, which is your liver, your kidneys, and your skin. And so by increasing oxygen, by increasing circulation, by doing all of that increased flow in your body, increasing blood flow, you're helping those organs to increase elimination and get rid of all of the toxic substances that are inside your body. So when you're finished, you just. You feel healthier, you feel lighter. You know, if you sometimes. Let's talk about that for just 1 second. I don't mention this, but your audience is so committed to longevity and those people that are interested in detoxifying.
Connie Zack [00:22:58]:
If you're really, really, like my brother, you know, have a lot like black mold, a lot of toxicants trapped into your body. At the very beginning, you should start slow. And don't start as somebody like myself would start. Don't start 30 to 40 minutes, because as you're doing that process, it's kind of like thinking again about exercise. Sometimes when you're starting to exercise and you haven't, it's really not that enjoyable at the beginning. You're getting things moving around and you just need to take it slow. Hydrate. We didn't mention that.
Connie Zack [00:23:35]:
And that's really, really important. Pay attention to your electrolytes, pay attention to your minerals. Make sure you replenish, really, the good stuff in your body as you're getting rid of the bad stuff. So that's the essence of how the heat, infrared detoxifies the body. The light energy helps because of the helping with the mitochondria. And when the mitochondria, they're dysfunctional. The infrared, the near infrared and red light help to restore that function back to homeostasis, back to a normal function, which helps to detoxify the body and decrease inflammation and produce a healthier body, all simply while sitting inside. So you don't have, that's the best.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:24:27]:
You don't have to do that much.
Connie Zack [00:24:28]:
You don't have to do that much. You have to press, we do have in impulse, speaking of button, we do have six preset programs that are in there. So we tried as hard as we could to create an easy button. And so that if you want, we have a detoxification program. For example, we have a cardio program, we have a relaxation program, weight loss and anti aging program, and pain relief programs. So those are the six different programs that are in there. You just press the, the button that you want. And it's all the brains, it's all programmed behind the scenes, and the wavelengths are pulse pulsated, and the frequency is all preset.
Connie Zack [00:25:13]:
So the science is all done. So you don't have to think about it. You just get to experience the benefits.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:25:19]:
So it couldn't be easier, essentially, right?
Connie Zack [00:25:21]:
I mean, that's what I always say is like, if you want longevity, if you want to live longer and increase your health span, there isn't any better whole body longevity tool than a sun. Microsoft, because you get all of the benefits. You get the increased brain function, you get increased circulation, so you get a healthier heart. You detoxify the body, you decrease pain. You have to think clear, you get more energy, this cellular energy, this increased energy. You also get a side benefit. Your skin looks better, you get a glow because you're purifying the body. And then you also get the direct penetration of the near infrared red light for increased glow in the skin as well.
Connie Zack [00:26:03]:
So that's one of the side benefits of combining near red and far infrared for the skin, is you detoxify the body so the skin is glowing from the inside out from that beautiful movement, and then you get the actual tactical penetration, cellular turnover of the skin from the near infrared and the red light. So, I mean, wow, you just can't provide a tool that provides more impact than all those four wavelengths to the skin.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:26:32]:
Yeah, super exciting. And I'd love to, in a moment, just dig into the different models of the sunlight and that you have. But just before we do, I wanted to ask a question I heard recently somebody, a doctor recommending to actually, if you do your exercise, don't hydrate too much before you go in. You want to actually be somewhat dehydrated going into a sauna, and then you can hydrate afterwards. I don't know. I haven't looked at research on this, but have you heard anything along these lines? Is there any certain protocol for, like, just before, during, after that you recommend or follow?
Connie Zack [00:27:08]:
Yeah. So let me ask you a question. I've never heard that before, and it's contradicts what I have done my entire life. And as well as the doctors that I have worked with, I have found especially for. Because I think you mentioned. Did you say that you have difficulty sweating or you don't sweat a lot?
Claudia von Boeselager [00:27:29]:
I don't, quite easily.
Connie Zack [00:27:30]:
Okay. So especially for people like yourself. And I used to be like that. I'm not anymore. But when we started the company, I was like, I mean, it just. I did sweat a lot. And, I mean, part of that is there's lots of different reasons, but you do have to kind of retrain your body, which is what's great about this. So hydration is key before, during, and after.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:27:58]:
I would have thought so, yeah.
Connie Zack [00:28:00]:
You will find if it's somebody like yourself that doesn't tell a lot of times, sweat a lot of times, it's because the dehydration. And so one of the first things that the functional medicine doctors that we work with, all of our partners the past 20 years, they will say over hydrate before you get in, so that infrared, it's working even more effectively. So I would try, if you ever, ever have problems, I would try drinking a lot of water before, but I do all three, you know, for sure. And I will also, afterwards, I will add, you know, some just sea salt and coconut water. And to my water, too, to get some more electrolytes.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:28:49]:
Yeah. Amazing. Let's talk about the different sauna models. I'm very curious to hear if you can share some details about them.
Connie Zack [00:28:56]:
Yeah, we have four different ones, and I love the solo. I love all of them. But the solo is really important. I wanted to mention, because a lot of times people don't have the space, or they've already spent a lot of money on their longevity budget, and they're like, oh, my goodness, I have a plan in place, but I just can't spend x or whatever. The solo is a good solution for those people. It's called a solo system. It's a lie down model. It's portable and telescopic.
Connie Zack [00:29:32]:
So the lower dome and the upper dome collapses into the lower dome, and then it also pulls out. So you lay it on the ground and you get in, pull the upper dome up to your neck, and then your head is out.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:29:48]:
So like a sleeping bag, almost, essentially.
Connie Zack [00:29:51]:
Almost, yeah. It's a dome so people can imagine farther away, you know, from you than the sleeping bag. But it is a wonderful, wonderful experience because you are so close to our sunlight and patented heaters. So that's a great experience as well. And there's a heater right at your feet, so you feel that just wonderful infrared heat coming into the soles of your feet all the way up. There's also heaters underneath you on the solo pad. So you literally have 360 degrees infrared surrounding you. So that's the solo system.
Connie Zack [00:30:25]:
And then we have the signature, which is the same technology, the same thing as the solo, but in a cabin. And we have different sizes of that and different wood choices. And then amplify is the one I talked about earlier that we created for that person that wants the benefits of infrared, but wants just a little bit more boost of heat. And what's great about amplify is we have these full spectrum heaters that are in front of you, and you can turn them on or off, which I love. So if you don't want that day to have this really extra boost of heat, then you can turn it off. And ample by goes hotter. So it's a hotter experience than all the other saunas. So if you want that, that's the one for you.
Connie Zack [00:31:07]:
And then impulse, which is a unicorn. I mean, it is. There's nothing like it anywhere in the world. And that is four different wavelengths independently, and then also combined. So you have far red, mid infrared, near infrared, and red light, and then those are all blended into those six programs that I talked about. And what's so powerful is you get the most amount of all of them separately. So you're getting all of this power, but then we're also blending it depending on the program together at different frequencies to target the science, to make sure you get like the optimum detox result, the optimum pain relief result, optimum cardio, etcetera. So those are the four different series.
Connie Zack [00:31:52]:
At sunlightin. What we take a lot of pride and passion in is helping you find the right fit for you and not spending a dime more than you need to, no matter which one you get. It's important that you know that we have a patent on our infrared delivery. So you can't get more infrared anywhere else in that sunlight because we have a patent on it. So you get the highest quantity on the market with the most infrared dense product available. So no matter which one you get, so you don't, it's important, you know, you don't sacrifice anything. You can just pick which one is right for you and our team will make sure and take care of you.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:32:31]:
Amazing, Connie. For my listeners interested in understanding more about infrared and saunas, where some resources, I don't know, online, et cetera, where they could learn a bit more and.
Connie Zack [00:32:44]:
Educate themselves into our website, sunlight. I mean, we have a great blog about longevity that I would really steer people towards talking about how infrared can help with the hallmarks of aging and really making sure that we help with the mitochondria, we help with the cellular aging, we help with inflammation and explains deepen, you know, how we do all of that. We have great blogs on any type of benefit that you're looking for, like sleep and inflammation and detox and weight loss and skin benefits, depression, all that's on our website. And then icing on the cake is we are providing a discount for your listeners and your audience. They just have to make sure and mentioned you and your company so that they get access to that discount. That's the most important thing.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:33:38]:
Thank you so much, Yemen. And for people listening, we'll link that in the show notes below. So thank you so much, Connie. Very generous for you, dear audience. Connie, do you have any final ask or recommendation or any parting thoughts or message for my audience today?
Connie Zack [00:33:54]:
My parting thoughts would be if you haven't, you know, experienced infrared or if you don't own a sunlight yet, you know, like we talked about at the beginning, I think it's so important to start training today for your older self. So that you can always be mobile and agile. And like my personal visuals in my head is I always want to be able to lift a suitcase overhead. I always want to be able to get down on the ground easily without touching anything and get back up easily without touching anything. Like, these are simple things. But as you age, your mobility and your agility changes. If you don't take care of yourself today, you want to keep your body away from inflammation. You can do that with nutrition.
Connie Zack [00:34:43]:
You can do that with water. You can do that with a lot of different things. Infrared is, again, the whole body longevity tool that is great to do while you're doing your other things like nutrition. So I would say if you haven't done it yet, I mean, there's no better day today to get started. And you don't have to go all the way up to impulse. You can get started with the solo, you can even, not even get the pad, just get the domes, but just get started. I think so much, so many times in life, myself included, I'm so not perfect, you know, I make mistakes every day, you know. Yeah.
Connie Zack [00:35:23]:
But then the next day I'm just like, stop. Stop resisting doing something because you either don't have enough time or you don't know if you'll finish or, you know, so many things you keep yourself from doing before you even start. And if you just show up and start and do it, you'll be so surprised and so rewarded with all these wonderful benefits. So that would be my thought that I would leave people with is just get started, you know, and let all the wonderful healing and let the beautiful momentum and let all the things that are going to happen, let it happen.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:35:58]:
Beautiful. Thank you so much, Connie, for coming on, sharing your wisdom and all you're doing to spread health and longevity in the world. So thank you so much for coming on. Thank you, dear audience, for listening, staying tuned. Such a pleasure to have you with us today.
Connie Zack [00:36:10]:
Thanks, Claudia. It was so great to meet you. I hope someday we get to meet in person. That would just be.
Claudia von Boeselager [00:36:15]:
